Stepping Aside: Lori Senecal

Lori Senecal is a woman who knows how to run an ad agency. She has worked her way up the corporate ladder to become one of the top people in her field. In 2015 she began her tenure at MDC Partners Agency. She has also been working with a company called Crispin, Porter, and Bugosky. She has worked with the company for two years as the Global CEO of CP and B. Now that things are moving in a more stable and solid direction Lori Senecal feels the right time has finally come for her to step away from the business.

In the time that Lori Senecal has worked at CP and B, she has helped the company become a global competitor when it comes to the advertising business. She has helped set up the eight global branches with people who can carry the company into the future. With the final position filled by Danielle Aldrich, Lori can now focus on what she wants to do with the rest of her life and career.

Lori earned her degree from McGill University. Lori said the idea for advertising came to her while she was coaching a gymnastics team. She says that both things take a team effort and that is what she enjoys most about advertising and managing people that work with her.

Lori says that when it comes to new ideas the best idea for a project wins out no matter what position the person may be in. By using this principle she motives people to do their best when it comes to management or an advertising campaign. As a leader in the industry Lori makes sure to not only execute on terrific ideas but follow through with the client once the project is completed. That is why she is such a great leader. Even though Lori Senecal will be stepping away from her job at the end of 2017 her influence on the advertising and management industries will be felt long after she is gone. Lori Senecal can feel great about knowing that she has done her best with what she had.
