The world that we live in has various forces of good and evil, while people who do good experience hardships along the way, the people who choose to do wrong, tend to go scot free.

The dice did roll in the favor of Jim Larkin and Michael Lacey, as a day after the arrest were made, these two media journalists were released from all charges mainly due to a nationwide movement to free them. With the help of law, Jim Larkin and Michael Lacey filled a case against the Maricopa County and in 2013, they were granted a settlement sum of $3.7 Million.
The entire settlement fund was utilized to give birth to the Frontera Fund, the start of a revolution that fought against people like Joe Arpaio. This initiative also helped the Hispanic community of Arizona, who were forced to be victims of various racial crimes all done by Joe Arpaio and his law enforcement unit.

Due to his acts fueled by malice and hatred for immigrants, all while being an officer of the law, Joe Arpaio was expecting a significant prison sentence, one that was eagerly awaited by anyone who had heard of his horrific acts.
A tragic shift in tides a few years ago tipped the scales in favor of Joe Arpaio, and he was once again let loose without so much as a slap on his wrist.
